REAGIRE NELLA PANDEMIA COVID 19

 A tutti i nostri clienti.

Come ci ripetono ormai da mesi , la pandemia ha messo in ginocchio la nostra società.

E se in un primo momento sembrava trattarsi di una situazione momentanea o circoscritta all'inverno 2020 , ci troviamo oggi nell'inverno 2022 ad affrontare le stesse problematiche , con un bollettino quotidiano di morti e contagiati , e una situazione di emergenza che sembra non avere fine.

Negli ultimi mesi , come conseguenza di una politica poco lungimirante ed abituata solo a domandare , abbiamo dovuto affrontare anche una crisi energetica che ha portato ad un innalzamento dei costi , già altissimi a causa della pandemia , ad una probabile situazione di inflazione ed in generale ad una instabilità che va ad inserirsi in un percorso di rinascita dopo il Covid-19.

Le nostre intenzioni come Azienda , rimangono tuttavia invariate : continuare il percorso di crescita e sviluppo , proseguire negli investimenti , affrontare le sfide di un mercato globale e ultra competitivo , investire in Italia nonostante tutto. 

 

GREEN PASS INFORMATIONS - INFORMATIVA GREEN PASS

INFORMATIVA PER I LAVORATORI ESTERNI

A decorrere dal 15 ottobre 2021 e fino alla cessazione dello stato di emergenza (attualmente, 31 dicembre 2021) per accedere o permanere in un luogo di lavoro tutti i lavoratori sono tenuti a possedere ed esibire la certificazione verde COVID-19 (c.d. green pass) in corso di validità (art. 9-septies del DL n. 52/2021, introdotto dal DL n. 127/2021).

Ricordiamo che la certificazione viene rilasciata a seguito di vaccinazione, guarigione dal covid o test (antigenico rapido o molecolare, quest’ultimo anche su campione salivare) negativo.

La certificazione verde può essere prodotta in formato cartaceo o digitale e verrà controllata esclusivamente mediante lettura del QR Code apposto sulla stessa: il datore di lavoro non ha modalità alternative per il controllo (es. attraverso certificati medici che attestano l’esecuzione dei tamponi o della vaccinazione).

L’obbligo di possedere ed esibire, a richiesta, il green pass non si applica ai soggetti esenti dalla campagna vaccinale sulla base di idonea certificazione medica (Circolari Ministero della salute del 4 agosto 2021 e 5 agosto 2021). Ai fini dell’ingresso nei luoghi di lavoro, tali soggetti sono tenuti a esibire, su richiesta, la relativa certificazione.

La legge sanziona il datore di lavoro se non organizza e non effettua i controlli e non individua formalmente soggetti preposti agli stessi, e il lavoratore se non possiede ed esibisce, a richiesta, il green pass.

Ai fini dell’accesso presso i nostri luoghi di lavoro, le verifiche verranno effettuate secondo la Procedura per l’organizzazione delle verifiche, disponibile in azienda

Vi informiamo che, in caso di mancato possesso e/o presentazione di un green pass valido, il lavoratore non potrà fare accesso ai nostri locali o, in caso di controllo all’interno, dovrà abbandonare immediatamente i locali

Sottolineiamo che, a tutti i fini di legge, quindi, non sarà possibile accettare la prestazione lavorativa e contrattuale.

Si invita, quindi, a volersi assicurare che il lavoratore sarà in possesso di green pass valido al momento dell’accesso in azienda.

L’azienda si riserva di valutare le eventuali conseguenze negative delle scelte personali sull’organizzazione del lavoro e sull’attività produttiva.

INFORMATION FOR STAKEHOLDERS

Starting from 15 October 2021 and until the end of the state of emergency (currently, 31 December 2021) to access or remain in a workplace all workers are required to possess and show a valid covid-19 green certification (so-referred to green pass).

We remind you that the certification is issued following vaccination, recovery from covid or negative test (rapid or molecular antigen, the latter also on salivary sample).

The green certification can be produced in paper or digital format and will be checked exclusively by reading the QR Code affixed to it: the employer has no alternative methods for control (e.g. through medical certificates attesting to the execution of swabs or vaccination).

The obligation to possess and show, on request, the green pass does not apply to subjects exempt from the vaccination campaign on the basis of appropriate medical certification (Ministry of Health Circulars of 4 August 2021 and 5 August 2021). For the purpose of entry into the workplace, these subjects are required to show, on request, the relevant certification.

The law sanctions the employer if he does not organize and does not carry out the checks and does not formally identify subjects in charge of the same, and the worker if he does not own and exhibit, on request, the green pass.

For the purpose of access to our workplaces, the checks will be carried out according to the Procedure for the organization of checks, available in the company's headquarters.

We inform you that, in case of non-possession and / or presentation of a valid green pass, the worker will not be able to access our premises or, in case of control inside, must immediately leave the premises

We emphasize that, for all legal purposes, therefore, it will not be possible to accept the work and contractual performance.

We therefore invite you to make sure that the worker will be in possession of a green pass valid at the time of access to the company.

MERILL COMPANY reserves the right to evaluate the possible negative consequences of personal choices on the organization of work and on production activity.

SUMMER CLOSING - CHIUSURA ESTIVA 2021 9-23/08/21

 Informiamo la gentile clientela che osserveremo il seguente periodo di chiusura durante agosto 2021: dal 9 Agosto al 23 Agosto compresi. Gli ordini per consegna anteriore al 9 agosto saranno processati entro il 17 Luglio ( settimana 28 ). 

We inform our customers that we will be closed for summer holidays from the 9th of August until the 23rd inclusive. All orders for delivery prior to August 9th will be processed by July 17th (week 28)

Back to work - 25 of August

 

Dopo qualche settimana di riposo riprendiamo le attività , dunque ritorniamo operativi dal 25 di agosto. Con l'occasione auguriamo un buon inizio attività nel rispetto delle norme anti-covid19.

EMERGENZA COVID-19

Alla luce del nuovo decreto del Presidente del Consiglio dei ministri del 22 marzo 2020 , desideriamo informare clienti e fornitori che continuiamo ad essere operativi essendo la nostra un'attività produttiva indispensabile per alcune tipologie di prodotto.
Tutte le linee di prodotto non indispensabili sono invece in fermo produzione fino a lunedì 6 aprile salvo diversa indicazione del ministero.
Questa emergenza ci colpisce tutti e dobbiamo tenere alta la guardia affinché questo temibile nemico venga debellato il prima possibile , per questo motivo stiamo adottando tutte le misure possibili per garantire un ambiente di lavoro pulito e scongiurare il diffondersi di un'epidemia che sebbene non ci tocchi dal vivo è sempre in agguato e sempre presente.

MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAPPY NEW YEAR 2020!

Anche il 2019 sta andando in archivio con la solita velocità'!

E' stato un anno di consolidamento e studio , abbiamo cercato di comprendere al meglio le esigenze dei nostri clienti , controllato le scorte e cercato di migliorare dove possible la gestione del just-in-time.

Le abitudini delle persone stanno cambiando , anche nella raccolta differenziata , e se da un lato l'indice della differenziata e' in aumento , segno di una raggiunta maturità' e sensibilità' sociale , dall'altro lato si fanno strada altri problemi come la gestione di grandi quantità' di rifiuto differenziato e la mancanza di adeguate strutture di riciclo. 

Perché' e' vero che la raccolta differenziata comincia in casa ma e' altrettanto vero che deve terminare correttamente in adeguate strutture pubbliche! 

Per il nuovo anno abbiamo in serbo grandi novità' , un nuovo catalogo , ed alcuni nuovi prodotti che nella nostra idea intercettano al meglio le rinnovate esigenze della clientela.

Un sincero augurio di Buon Natale e Buon anno nuovo da tutto lo staff!

We are approaching to end of year 2019 with the usual speed!

It has been an year of strengthening and study , we worked for a better knowledge of the needs of our customers, checked the stocks and tried to improve the managing of the just-in-time method.

The habits are changing , separate waste collection habits too . And if in one hand the index of people who are adopting separate waste collection habits are improving on the other hand it should improve also the index of public structure capables of working these huge amount of separated waste !

New year means new catalogue , big news for 2020 , new products capables of joining the new needs of the customers, let's see what happens!

PLAST 2018 - MILANO

Da martedì 29 maggio a venerdì 1° giugno, si svolgerà nei padiglioni di FieraMilano, a Rho-Pero, PLAST 2018-Salone Internazionale per l’Industria delle Materie Plastiche e della Gomma.

PLAST 2018 rappresenterà quest’anno l’appuntamento più importante in Europa per la filiera plastica-gomma: dalle materie prime ai semilavorati e prodotti finiti, dai macchinari per la produzione ai servizi. Non a caso, la mostra ha nuovamente ottenuto il patrocinio del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico.

L’internazionalità di PLAST (triennale giunta alla sua diciottesima edizione) è confermata dalla consistente presenza di partecipanti stranieri.

A tre mesi dall’inaugurazione della mostra, sono complessivamente 1.100 gli espositori iscritti, di cui 870 diretti (un terzo appunto stranieri, da oltre 40 nazioni, in crescita del 21% in numero di aziende e del 24% in termini di superficie prenotata) e 230 case rappresentate, per un totale di 52.000 metri quadri netti assegnati.

PLAST rispecchia la posizione di preminenza che l’industria italiana delle macchine, attrezzature e stampi per materie plastiche e gomma – nucleo portante della mostra – occupa nello scenario mondiale di settore.

Infatti, oltre il 70% della produzione nazionale – che, in base alle stime dell’associazione di categoria AMAPLAST, nel 2017 ha raggiunto il nuovo record storico di 4,5 miliardi di euro, realizzato da 900 aziende costruttrici, con 14.000 addetti – è destinato all’export.

Acquirenti della tecnologia italiana (così come di quella tedesca, principale competitor dei costruttori italiani nel contesto mondiale; non a caso, è proprio tedesca la maggiore presenza estera a PLAST, a livello di espositori e visitatori) sono quelle aziende trasformatrici di tutto il mondo che necessitano di tecnologia hi-tech per la produzione di manufatti ad alto valore aggiunto, con grandi produzioni orarie e massima precisione di realizzazione.

Milan, 12 March 2018 - Already 2656 exhibitors from 54 countries and 126,585 m²  have been confirmed three months before the event. Expectations are growing for The Innovation Alliance, the new trade fair, which will take place from 29 May to 1 June 2018 at Fiera Milano. The event will include, for the first time, five events with linked by a common thread, i.e. the supply chain logic: PLAST, the reference event for the plastic and rubber industry; IPACK-IMA, the leading event for processing and packaging technologies; MEAT-TECH, the event specialised in meat processing and packaging; Print4All, the new format dedicated to the commercial and industrial printing industry; INTRALOGISTICA ITALIA, the event that combines innovative solutions and integrated systems for industrial handling, warehouse management, material storage, and picking operations. 

The Innovation Alliance focuses on an innovative cross-cutting supply chain, increasingly oriented towards new integration perspectives, even thanks to the growing popularity of Industry 4.0. At the same time, it showcases leading industrial segments, which make Italy the world’s second manufacturer of industrial machinery. 

The Innovation Alliance will occupy 17 pavillions, essentially the entire area of the Fiera Milano exhibition district, representing the largest event ever dedicated to industrial machinery in Italy and one of the leading sector events in Europe. An insight into highly innovative markets, which together, in Italy, record a turnover of 23.7 billion euros and over 70,000 employees (the 2017 preliminary consolidated results are provided by ACIMGA, AMAPLAST, ANIMA, ARGI, UCIMA) and in most cases, they have an export level close to 70%, thus offering an example of the great appreciation Italy’s industrial products have around the world.

The specialised offering provided by the five events will be the focus of this exhibition project. However, there will also be opportunities for a cross-cutting reflection on new materials and technologies and Research & Development to enable companies to continue to be competitive in today’s market.
